What We Look For: Proven experience in end-to-end requirements planning and delivery Expertise in BRDs, UATs, stakeholder workshops, and agile methodologies Leadership in mentoring junior BAs and improving internal practices Strong communication and analytical thinking Experience (or interest) in user stories, process flows, wireframes Comfort with tools like JIRA, Notion, Figma, BPMN Hunger to learn, attention to detail, and love for problem-solving Backgrounds in engineering, business, IT, or analytics welcome Why Join Us?
