Paisabazaar.com is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for large-scale hiring needs. You will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening a high volume of candidates. Your expertise in alternative sources of hiring, strong data management skills, and ability to handle cross-functional tasks and stakeholder management will be instrumental in achieving our hiring goals. Responsibilities: Expertise in bulk hiring, ensuring timely and quality recruitment of candidates. Effectively utilize hiring platforms to attract a diverse talent pool. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, conducting interviews, assessing candidate fit, and coordinating offer negotiations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data, ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate strategies. Design and execute recruitment campaigns to reach potential candidates and build a strong employer brand. Focus on creating a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and maintaining open communication. Proactively source passive candidates and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies by staying updated on industry trends and best practices. Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and align recruitment efforts with business objectives. Requirements: A minimum of 1+ years of experience in bulk/volume hiring, with a focus on Non-IT roles, including Sales, Telesales, and BPO positions. Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and delivering high-quality talent. Strong sourcing skills and experience with various recruitment tools and platforms. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Bachelor's/Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred. Location : Mumbai| Malad West Working Days : 6 Days
