Branding and Product Executive


Role Overview:

This is a dynamic, cross-functional role where you’ll work at the intersection of brand marketing and product development. You’ll drive campaigns that build trust and awareness while collaborating closely with product, design, and operations teams to enhance the user journey on our platform.


Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Marketing

  • Develop, execute, and manage brand campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Craft compelling brand stories, visuals, and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints: website, social media, in-app, offline activations.


Product Support & Growth

  • Gather user feedback, research competitor products, and identify opportunities for improving platform features.
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to prioritise enhancements that improve the user experience for clients and gig-workers.
  • Support onboarding flows, feature launches, and product education initiatives to drive adoption and engagement.


Content & Communication

  • Plan and create content for social media, email marketing, push notifications, and in-app communications.
  • Write clear, persuasive copy for product pages, FAQs, and help guides.


Performance Tracking & Insights

  • Monitor brand and product performance metrics such as user engagement, retention, and campaign ROI.
  • Prepare reports and suggest actionable recommendations based on data insights.


Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Coordinate with design, engineering, and operations teams to align marketing and product goals.
  • Engage with partners, influencers, and vendors to amplify the brand’s reach and drive user growth.


Who You Are:

  • Some experience in brand marketing, product marketing, or product support roles (experience in consumer tech or service marketplaces is a plus).
  • Strong creative and storytelling abilities, with an eye for design.
  • Basic understanding of UX, user journeys, and how to translate user feedback into actionable product improvements.
  • Proficient with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and basic analytics.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
