Job Overview:

N&G Clinics is looking for a Branch Sales Manager with strong experience in cosmetology sales to lead and expand our business. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, build strategic partnerships, and ensure revenue targets are met for our Dental, Aesthetics, and Physiotherapy services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase patient inflow and service adoption.
• Identify and establish partnerships to expand market reach in the cosmetology and aesthetics sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporate partners, and local communities.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and implement improvement plans.
• Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and outreach programs.
• Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction to enhance brand reputation.
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, with a strong background in cosmetology and aesthetics.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and implement data-driven strategies.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
