Branch Head

Overview:
Georgian International Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented Branch Head to oversee and manage the daily operations of one of our key branches. As Branch Head, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a high-performing team, ensuring excellent student services, and maintaining strong relationships with educational institutions and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the overall operations of the branch, ensuring targets and performance standards are met.
• Supervise and motivate the admissions and counselling team to deliver exceptional service to students and parents.
• Develop and execute local business strategies to increase student enrollments and brand visibility.
• Foster strong relationships with schools, colleges, agents, and local partners to drive referrals and partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, education sector regulations, and ethical practices.
• Monitor performance metrics, student application flow, and conversion rates, and take corrective actions where necessary.
• Represent the branch in regional meetings, educational fairs, seminars, and promotional events.
• Handle student escalations, provide personalized guidance, and ensure a smooth counseling and admission process.
• Regularly report on branch performance to the corporate leadership team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in the education consultancy sector or branch management.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Education, Business Administration, or related field).
• Strong leadership skills with proven experience in team supervision and target management.
• Sound understanding of overseas education systems, admission processes, and visa documentation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, make data-driven decisions, and manage client relationships effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
