Instead of simply managing a team, the role demands mentoring, motivating, and sometimes stepping in to close high-stakes deals.
Daily sales reports are reviewed, but more importantly, the focus is on uncovering trends and areas of concern.

One may find themselves explaining pricing to parents, negotiating with vendors, or even supporting events when needed.

Targets must be achieved, but not at the cost of ethical practices or student satisfaction.
Handles CRM updates and lead tracking, though what matters most is converting interest into trust.
