Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Java developers; provide technical guidance and ensure timely delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and developers to design and implement robust software solutions. Design and manage client-side and server-side architecture. Develop and maintain scalable, high-performing, and secure applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. Write clean and efficient APIs. Test software for responsiveness and efficiency; troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade systems as needed. Oversee database management and application performance optimization. Ensure implementation of security and data protection best practices. Maintain technical documentation for reference and Skills : Proven team handling experience of 1-2+ years in a leadership role. Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices (Mandatory). Proficiency in DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS Cloud Services.
