Job Summary:
Xylem Learning Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our expanding team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, forging strong partnerships, and driving business growth within the education sector. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, effective communication, and on-ground execution to support our long-term growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research & Lead Generation: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, partnerships, and untapped opportunities in the education space.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centres, and other educational institutions in the region.
• Sales & Promotion: Present and promote our educational products and services effectively to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and value propositions.
• Marketing Collaboration: Coordinate with the internal marketing team to plan and execute impactful campaigns that drive engagement and lead generation.
• Strategic Input: Share client insights and market feedback with the product and strategy teams to support product innovation and business decisions.
• Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activity, prepare performance reports, and share progress updates with the management team.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and local market dynamics to identify emerging opportunities and challenges.
