BDE (Business Development Executive)

Location: Jammu , Satwari.

Work mode: Office

Working Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. You will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with travel agents and tour operators, and driving revenue growth for Unxplore.

Key Responsibilities:

* Proactively identify and qualify potential clients (travel agents and tour operators) within the B2B tourism market.

* Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate new leads and convert them into paying customers.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.

* Prepare compelling proposals and quotes for customized travel itineraries, including pricing calculations, itinerary details, and logistical arrangements.

* Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring profitability for Unxplore.

* Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

* Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and marketing initiatives.

Skills Required:

• Good Communication Skills (Written + Verbal)
• Fluency in English & Hindi
• Understanding of Costing & Itinerary Building
• Experience in Quotation Handling (B2B/B2C)
• Knowledge of International Destinations
• Understanding of Travel Margins & Product Upsell
