Job Description

Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Gomti Nagar / Vibhuti Khand, Lucknow (on-site)

Working : 10 AM–7 PM (Monday–Saturday)

Salary Range: ₹12,000–₹20,000 per month (based on experience).

Probation: 3 Month with opportunity to convert to permanent role.

Incentives: Performance-based bonuses on exceeding targets .

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Outreach
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital channels.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Building
  • Understand client needs and present tailored IT, web development, SEO, or digital marketing solutions.
  • Sales Presentations & Demonstrations
  • Conduct product/service demos and persuasive presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiation & Closure
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts; negotiate terms to successfully close.
  • Market Research & Strategy
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and client segments to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams
  • Coordinate with technical, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure solutions match client needs.
  • Tracking & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, provide weekly/monthly sales reports and insights.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Experience: 0–3 years in IT sales or business development—freshers (especially Male candidates) are welcome.
  • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with website development, digital marketing, SEO, etc.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Strong written/verbal skills in Hindi and English; ability to persuade and close deals .
  • CRM & Presentations: Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office suite.
  • Self-Motivation & Results Focus: Driven, proactive, and target-oriented.
