Job Description:

Benda Infotech is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Backend Developer with 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will work closely with frontend developers, project managers, and QA teams to build and maintain robust, scalable backend systems. This is a full-time night shift position aligned with US working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain server-side applications and APIs.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases for efficient data management.
• Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate user-facing elements using server-side logic.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Debug and resolve technical issues in production and non-production environments.
• Implement and maintain third-party integrations and RESTful services.
• Ensure proper code versioning using Git or similar tools.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of backend programming languages such as Node.js, PHP, Python, Java, or .NET (as per company tech stack).
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.
• Proficiency in version control tools like Git.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex issues.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment or with large-scale applications.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
