Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.
· Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals across the region.
· Monitor regional market trends and competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
· Ensure regular sales reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
· Achieve sales targets through direct and indirect channels.
· Support channel partners/distributors with timely supply, pricing, and promotions.
· Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion initiatives.
· Conduct regular field visits to ensure strong market presence and team effectiveness.
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, product, finance) for smooth operations.
· Handle escalations and resolve dealer/distributor issues within timelines.
· Ensure compliance with organizational policies and reporting systems.
