Job Mission:

To design, develop, implement, and support industrial automation systems with hands-on involvement in both design and site execution, ensuring high performance and reliability across client facilities in the UAE.

Role Summary:

The Automation Engineer will lead and support the development of control system architectures including PLCs, SCADA, and HMIs. The role demands active involvement at project sites, managing commissioning, system integration, and technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, program, and implement PLC, SCADA, and HMI-based automation systems.
• Conduct site visits for installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with electrical and instrumentation teams during project execution.
• Interpret engineering drawings and client specifications to develop control logic.
• Maintain and update technical documentation.
• Support integration with sensors, actuators, and field instruments.
• Troubleshoot control systems and perform root cause analysis.
• Ensure adherence to UAE safety and quality standards at all project sites.
• Provide end-user training and post-installation technical support.
• Report progress to project managers and ensure timely task completion.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in industrial automation.
• Hands-on experience with PLC brands like Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, etc.
• Experience in SCADA/HMI platforms (WinCC, Wonderware, etc.).
• Familiarity with field instruments and communication protocols (MODBUS, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
• Strong on-site coordination, installation, and commissioning skills.
• Ability to work independently at client/project sites across Dubai and UAE.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• UAE driving license (preferred).

Preferred Certifications:

• Siemens/Allen-Bradley PLC Programming
• SCADA Integration Training
• HSE / Site Safety Awareness (basic certification)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,965.48 - ₹70,598.28 per month
