Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Audit Manager to lead and manage a portfolio of audit engagements across various sectors. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit services, developing junior team members, and strengthening client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end audit assignments for a portfolio of clients across multiple sectors, ensuring compliance with relevant standards (IFRS, UK GAAP, etc.).

· Lead planning meetings and risk assessments; develop tailored audit strategies and plans.

· Review working papers, audit files, financial statements, and reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

· Ensure timely delivery of audit work, maintaining quality standards within budget and deadlines.

· Supervise, train, and mentor audit associates and seniors; provide continuous feedback and performance evaluations.

· Act as the main point of contact for clients during engagements; maintain and deepen client relationships.

· Support business development efforts by identifying potential opportunities and assisting with proposals.

· Keep abreast of regulatory developments, industry trends, and professional standards.

· Work closely with other departments (tax, corporate finance, advisory) to deliver integrated services to clients.

Key Requirements

· CA/ACA / ACCA / CPA qualified (or equivalent).

· Minimum 5–7 years of external audit experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

· Proven experience managing multiple audits and leading teams.

· In-depth knowledge of UK GAAP, IGAAP, IFRS, and UK GAAP Knowledge will be added Advantage

· Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

· A proactive mindset with a strong focus on quality and client service.

· Experience working within a mid-tier or top-tier accountancy or consulting firm is a plus.
