Associate Vice President

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Vice President to lead our AR & Billing function within our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, process optimization, and revenue growth for our healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the AR & Billing teams, ensuring efficient and effective revenue cycle management

• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize AR & Billing processes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including client-facing roles, to identify and resolve operational issues

• Manage and mentor a team of 1000-1200 resources, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance

• Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and client contracts

• Identify and implement process improvements through IT interventions and cost optimization strategies

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction

Required Skills and Experience:

• 16-25 years of relevant experience in the US healthcare RCM industry

• Proven track record of leading and managing large teams in a BPO or medical billing environment

• Excellent understanding of the US healthcare landscape, including membership, billing, and regulatory requirements

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and execution skills

• Proficient in planning, organizing, and driving process improvement initiatives

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and cross-functional teams

• Sensitivity to the confidential nature of data and proprietary company information
