As Associate Manager – Placements at Tally Education, you will play a key role in empowering learners by connecting them with the right career opportunities and enabling partner success.

As part of our placement and delivery ecosystem, you’ll drive strategic initiatives to ensure certified candidates are successfully placed across industries, thereby delivering on our mission of employability and skill relevance.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to scale placement programs through client referrals, guide and train partners on placement best practices, and ensure seamless execution of recruitment activities. Your focus will be on maintaining high candidate satisfaction, building trusted relationships with stakeholders, proactively resolving issues, and continuously improving placement tools and processes.

• Post-Graduation
• Good understanding of the recruitment theories and concepts, organisation’s policies and processes related to Placement Services.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and other similar productivity tool.
• Excellent communication (English and local), presentation, listening and consulting.
• Should be able to process a wide range of information and communicate it clearly to the partner.
• Analytical skills (Market, Segment, Businesses).
• Good decision making and negotiation skills
• Customer Orientation skills.
• Channel / Networking Skills.

• Responsible for meeting business goals of the delivery team and the customer Scale up the current business by expanding the programme through client referrals in the Zone.
• Support and guide the partners in organizing the events, Work with the partners to place maximum certified candidates.
• Provide training to the partners on Placement services.
• Responsible for high Candidate satisfaction score, zero escalations.
• Develop excellent rapport by actively collaborating with all stakeholders.
• Be the escalation point for all delivery specific issues and handle clients in a tactful manner.
• Work proactively to identify and solve issues.
• Support the Manager in evaluating and improving placement tools and processes of the recruitments.
