Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Associate to drive business growth in the IT sector. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify and pursue new business leads through networking, referrals, and other channels.
Work closely with the sales team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotional materials.

Job Requirements
