Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecalling Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into sales for bank loans.
Build relationships with customers and provide them with information about our bank loan products.
Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
Update customer information and sales data in our CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.

Requirements

Education:
Bachelors degree
Skills:
Excellent communication, sales, negotiation, CRM proficiency.
Experience:
0-6 months in sales, preferably in financial services.
Other:
Ability to work in a call center environment, flexible hours.
