Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Associate in the CRM department, located in Mumbai - Lower Parel. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience. Roles and Responsibility
Prepare MIS for large corporate clients across India, track repayments, fees, and disbursement status, and sanction terms and conditions.
Coordinate with all regions to prepare monthly pipeline reports and daily pipeline tracking.
Handle post-disbursement activities, including collections, deferrals, and PDD.
Solve SOA-related queries and coordinate with operations to resolve issues related to overdue charges, ARN, and security perfection.
Collect deferral MIS from the CAD Team and coordinate with regions for closure.
Track collections for all corporate cases and provide daily updates on overdues to the RM.
Prepare visit, opportunity, and lead reports.
Provide weekly regional data and create PPTs for MD reviews.

Job
Graduate in any discipline.
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines is essential.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
Experience in preparing MIS, tracking repayments, and handling TDS queries is necessary.
Familiarity with CRM software and systems is preferred.
