Assistant to the Director

As the right hand to the boss, you’ll help in organizing the Director’s workflow, ensuring no task is missed, and keeping all priorities aligned with business goals.


  1. 🔧

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Remind and follow up with the Director on daily tasks and deadlines
  • Schedule and organize meetings, calls, and appointments
  • Coordinate with departments to track task progress and updates
  • Draft emails, prepare notes, and create basic reports or summaries
  • Maintain calendar, travel plans, and event schedules
  • Ensure smooth internal communication and task execution
  • Maintain discretion and handle confidential matters professionally


Requirements:

  • Graduate in any stream (Business or Admin background preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience as a personal/executive assistant
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
  • Strong command over MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Trustworthy, with a calm and professional attitude
