Job Summary:

Assistant Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting topographical, boundary, and layout surveys.
• Support the Senior Surveyor/Surveyor in establishing control points and benchmarks on-site.
• Carry out site measurements, leveling, and setting out activities as per design drawings.
• Operate and manage survey equipment like Total Station, Auto Level, and GPS.
• Maintain accurate records of survey data, drawings, and field notes.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
• Assist in preparing survey reports and quantity estimations.
• Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for execution alignment.
• Follow safety protocols and company guidelines while performing fieldwork.
  

Key Skills:

• Proficient in handling Total Station, Auto Level, and other surveying instruments.
• Basic knowledge of CAD software and survey data processing tools.
• Good understanding of civil drawings and alignment plans.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective team player with good communication skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in infrastructure, road, rail, or metro projects.
• Knowledge of local site conditions in Pune and Maharashtra region.
