Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Pune. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the sales team, managing client relationships, conducting market research, coordinating with other departments, and assisting in the development and execution of sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks also include monitoring sales performance, preparing sales reports, and identifying potential sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Client Coordination.
• Strong Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
• 1-4 years of experience in real estate is must.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
