Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Destination Launcher in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves collaborating with the team to drive business growth and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Qualifications:

• Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Target Achievement
• Business Development and Market Analysis skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the hospitality and travel industry
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
• Previous experience in sales or a similar role is a plus
