Spacewalk LLP is an independent real estate advisor with vast experience and knowledge in the real estate sector of Pune. The company is led by a group of dynamic and visionary individuals who aim to help those looking to buy property in Pune's east and west areas.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role located in Durg. The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, client interactions, property showings, negotiations, and closing deals to meet sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and local market trends
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
