Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager, located in Ludhiana. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets, identifying potential markets, managing client relationships, and coordinating with the marketing team. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales reports, analyzing sales data, and assisting in the development of sales strategies. The role involves regular interaction with clients, potential customers, and internal departments to ensure seamless sales operations.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports
• Experience in team management and sales strategy development is preferred
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the lighting industry or related fields is a plus
