Company Description Ahdityaa Enterrprises is a Mumbai based Infrastructure and Project Management Company offering end to end services to corporates for building and managing the assets across the country. It is based in Mumbai but executes projects across India. Ahdityaa Enterrprises was started as initiative to offer energy efficient solutions in the field of lighting. Soon, the company diversified into a wide range of products and services ranging from Led lighting, Electrical Contracts, CCTV and access control to Signage and Branding solutions and Sun Control and Safety films. Role Description Thi s is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for an Assistant Sales Manager. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting sales activities, managing client relationships, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include developing sales strategies, identifying new sales opportunities, conducting market research, and preparing sales reports. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Sales Manager in planning and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets. Manage, motivate, and guide the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals. Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Support in market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about market trends. Conduct regular sales meetings and provide performance feedback to team members. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management. Ensure timely resolution of client queries and concerns to maintain high customer satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to coordinate promotional campaigns. Monitor sales performance metrics and suggest improvements. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree Marketing, Engineering or a related field. 4–5 years of proven sales experience. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Worked with Architecte or Consultant
