Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Location: Vasant Kunj / Gurgaon
Reports To: Restaurant Manager / General Manager
Experience Required: 2–5 years in restaurant or hospitality management

Role Summary:

The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service, hygiene, and team performance. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency, staff development, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:Operations & Service Excellence

• Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house operations during shifts.
• Ensure smooth service flow, timely food delivery, and guest satisfaction.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.

Team Management

• Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring restaurant staff.
• Schedule shifts and manage attendance to ensure optimal staffing.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Inventory & Cost Control

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment.
• Minimize wastage and control operational costs.
• Assist in budgeting and daily cash handling.

Compliance & Hygiene

• Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Maintain compliance with health regulations and licensing requirements.

Brand & Guest Engagement

• Promote the restaurant’s brand through excellent service and local outreach.
• Support marketing initiatives such as events, promotions, and social media engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
