Burma Burma Restaurant & Tea Room is the only Pan India specialty Burmese cuisine restaurant and tea room that brings the robust flavors and intriguing dishes from Burma to your table. Founded by childhood friends Chirag Chhajer and Ankit Gupta, Burma Burma currently operates 13 restaurants and delivery kitchens across the country. The menu offers a unique blend of Burma's migrant food cultures, street food, and age-old homestyle cooking with indigenous ingredients. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for an Assistant Restaurant Manager. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will manage daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction and exceptional service, supervise staff, assist in hiring, and oversee food and beverage quality. The individual will work closely with the team to maintain a high standard of excellence in all areas of the restaurant.

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Effective Communication skills
• Experience in Hiring and supervising staff
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Previous experience in restaurant management is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
