Job Description Assistant Manager – Virtual CFO Services Location: Client place anywhere in western line Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Virtual CFO Services Reporting To: Manger/Partner – Virtual CFO Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Assistant Manager to support and lead key deliverables under our Virtual CFO engagements. The ideal candidate will have strong audit , accounting, financial analysis, and compliance knowledge, with the ability to manage multiple clients and deliver actionable insights. Key Responsibilities·      Manage end-to-end finance operations for multiple SME/MSME clients under Virtual CFO engagements. ·      Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly MIS reports, cash flows, budgets, and variance analysis. ·      Supervise accounting and bookkeeping functions to ensure accurate and timely reporting. ·      Monitor compliance under GST, TDS, FEMA, Corporate law, Income Tax, MCA filings, and other applicable laws. ·      Support in preparation of financial statements as per applicable accounting standards. ·      Coordinate with external stakeholders including statutory auditors, tax consultants, banks, and legal advisors. ·      Assist in implementing systems, internal controls, and SOPs at client organizations. ·      Provide financial insights and business support to clients to assist in strategic decisions. ·      Assist senior management in planning, and process automation. Desired Skills & Competencies·      Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial analysis. ·      Experience in managing multiple clients or industries simultaneously. ·      Hands-on working knowledge of Tally, Zoho, or other ERP systems. ·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ·      High level of ownership, responsibility, and client service orientation. ·      Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a structured environment.
