Key Requirements:

• 6-7 years

  of hands-on SEO experience in an agency or in-house role.
• Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Moz.
• Experience in conducting technical SEO audits and resolving site performance issues.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate with developers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility, drive traffic, and achieve business goals.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research to inform content planning and on-page optimization.
• Monitor and analyze website performance, keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs.
• Optimize onpage SEO elements, including meta tags, URL structure, headings, and internal linking.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, such as crawl errors, site speed optimization, indexation, and schema markup.
• Manage link building initiatives and off-page SEO strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with content, product, and marketing teams to integrate SEO best practices.
• Guide and mentor junior SEO team members when required.
