Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager in Warehouse to join our Operation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for Inbound Operation at Beyoung . The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for creating innovative solutions in Warehouse Operation .

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize space Utilization :- Strategically organize warehouse layout to maximize space efficiency and facilitate smooth material flow .
• Supervise Warehouse Operations:- Manage and oversee all warehouse activities including receiving, sorting ,picking and packing and shipping of the product , Order Processing .
• Reporting and documentation :-Generates reports on warehouse activities , including inventory level , shipment status and performance matrix .
• Team Management : Lead and motivate warehouse staff providing guidance , training and performance feedback to ensure efficient and effective operations .
• Inventory Management :-Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies ,conduct regular audits and cycle count.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Graduate and Postgraduate both are preferred .
• 4+ years of experience with warehouse operations
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel .
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Pay: ₹9,858.44 - ₹40,000.00 per month
