We co-create and execute the future vision of 400+ clients with the help of our 44,000+ employees.Should have supervisory/ management experience including coaching and/ or supervisory roles.Graduate with high fluency in written and spoken English Fair understanding of relevant Insurance domain, industry concepts and trendsStrong people & team management experience with proven leadership skillsHighly analytical, with a track-record of being a strong problem solver, capable of translating analysis and insights into actionable business planAbility to learn quickly and handle complexity, change and ambiguitySuccessful track record in supporting recruitment and talent acquisitionEnsure achievement of SLA targetsConducts daily and weekly meetings to share business updates, conducts RCA to identify drivers impacting performance, and works closely with QAs and Trainers to improve team performanceWork closely with subject matter experts on escalations as well as manage the queue and productivity of their teamsShould have solid understanding of workflow, tools used for providing servicesHave experience working as an Agent in same/similar workflows
