Job Description

Sourcing and Handling Purchases of Hardware, Networking and Software requirement.
Investigating and diagnosing network problems, setting up new users etc.
Managing - backup, security, passwords and monitoring internet, VPN and e-mail use. etc.
Effective communication internally with all departments and users.
May have worked in computerized environment with exposure to SAP or any other reputed ERP system.
Handling administration of IT network, servers, security systems, Hardware, Software, E-mail, Database and EPABX etc.
Should be familiar with SAP Functions Routine and Report Extractions etc. (Desired)
Effective co-ordination with vendors for faster delivery, maintenance and ensure maximum uptime of the system.
Prepare daily report, maintain assets register, machine history, Licenses and MIS
Ensure safety & security of data with effective backup system.
Trouble shooting and problem solving with high level of service.
Coordination with third parties.
IT asset and history management
IT Policy Formulation, Review and Refining
Ensure Cyber Hygiene environment

Skill Set( Must Have):

Basic Network Topology understanding
Network Planning and Execution
Hardware and Software Trouble Shooting
Configuration of network devices and below listed equipment's:-
Firewall including policy making
Manageable Switch
P2P (Point to Point)
VLAN and VPN handling
Office 365
EPBAX Configuration and Troubleshooting
CCTV management
NAS Management
IT Asset management
License Management
Server Management

Additional(May Have):

Certification in Networking
ITIL
ISO
SAP
