Key Responsibilities:

• · Drive the entire sales cycle – from market study and data analysis to strategy creation, client approach, and deal closure with a focus on growth, profitability, and market expansion.
• · Provide strategic direction for both Retail and Project Sales verticals, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• · Bring deep technical understanding of the product to support high-level client discussions and complex solutions.
• · Demonstrate strong leadership abilities – team building, mentoring, performance management, and cross-functional coordination.
• · Develop and expand business in international markets – prior experience in global sales is a must.
• · Set clear targets, monitor key sales metrics, and ensure timely reporting and reviews.
• · Collaborate with management to shape and execute long-term sales strategies

What we are looking for:

· Minimum 6 years of experience in technical product sales, with proven leadership track record.

· Strong exposure to international business development and client handling.

· Technically strong with a sharp business acumen.

· Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.

· Ability to lead high-performing teams and drive results under pressure.

Qualification:
Mechanical Engineering is a must. MBA in Sales & Marketing will be added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
