Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist in budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning.
Analyze financial performance & prepare MIS for Management Review.
Identify cost saving opportunities & financial risks.
Supervise accounts, taxation & finance Team Members.
Train & Mentor Junior Finance staff.
Coordinate with other departments to align financial planning with operations.
Review & implement internal control system & financial policies.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs in payment, procurement & costing.

Skills required

High attention to detail, problem solving & decision making ability.
Excellent Communication, Team leadership skills & presentation skills.
Analytical mind set & strategic thinking.

Technical Skills Required

Experience with ERP systems (SAP, tally prime, oracle Etc.)
Financial Modeling & MIS reporting Tools.

Experience

3 to 5 years of post qualification experience in strategic financial planning.
At least 2-3 years in a leadership or senior finance role, preferably in manufacturing, export or large scale trading company.

Qualifications

CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
CMA (Cost & Management Accountant)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
