As the Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the creative vision and execution of all
graphic design projects, including static images and MP4 videos. You will lead a team of graphic
designers, guiding them to produce high-quality, visually appealing content that aligns with our
clients' brand identities and marketing objectives. Your role will involve conceptualizing and executing creative strategies, ensuring the timely delivery of projects, and maintaining the highest standards of design excellence.
Creative Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of graphic designers to produce innovative and
engaging visual content for various digital platforms.
Concept Development: Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop compelling.
concepts and strategies for static and video content.
Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from initial concept to final
delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Quality Assurance: Review and approve all design work, ensuring it meets the agency's high
standards and client expectations.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their brand, objectives, and
feedback, translating their vision into effective visual solutions.
Team Development: Mentor and train graphic designers, fostering a collaborative and supportive
team environment. Provide constructive feedback and encourage professional growth.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging
technologies to keep our creative work fresh and relevant.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency
across various digital channels.
9+ years of progressive experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or
supervisory role within a fast-paced agency environment.
Demonstrated experience in a digital marketing agency is strongly preferred, showcasing an understanding of performance marketing, social media content, and digital campaign objectives.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,
Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Strong, diverse portfolio showcasing a range of static and video design work for digital platforms,
demonstrating creative versatility and technical expertise.
Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, layout principles, and visual hierarchy for
digital media.
Proven project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work
under pressure and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating creative
concepts clearly to both team members and clients.
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with a track record of inspiring and developing
creative talent.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and consistently meet tight deadlines in a dynamic
agency setting.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating impact visual experiences.
Demonstrated understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications in design, specifically for
image and video generation, editing, and enhancement. Proficiency with leading AI image and
video generation platforms and tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E, RunwayML, etc.)
and an ability to effectively integrate them into creative workflows.
Passion for innovation and a continuous drive to stay ahead of industry trends and technological
advancements.
Proficiency in handling work management platforms like Trello, Monday, Asana, Zoho projects, etc.
