Deckmount is a medical equipment company that specializes in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of sleep and respiratory medical devices. Founded in 2021 in India and now headquartered in Gurugram, Haryana, Deckmount's products help diagnose, treat, and manage sleep-disordered breathing, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and other respiratory conditions. Our product portfolio includes CPAP, APAP, BiPAP machines, and Oxygen Concentrators, which are used by healthcare professionals and patients in both home care and hospital settings.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Dehradun. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets in their designated area. Daily tasks include identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, providing product training and support, and conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends.

Qualifications

Experience in sales, business development, and managing sales teams
Strong understanding of the medical devices industry, particularly in sleep and respiratory devices
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve set targets
Analytical skills for market research and data analysis
Proficiency in using CRM software
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
