Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Manager based in Jaipur. The Area Manager will oversee daily operations, drive sales targets, and manage a team of sales consultants. They will ensure compliance with company policies, develop and implement business strategies, facilitate training sessions, and engage in customer relationship management. The role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing reports, and working closely with senior management to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management
Knowledge of the insurance industry and its regulatory environment
Analytical skills and the ability to interpret market trends and data
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
