Area Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a driven and strategic Area Manager to lead and grow business operations in the assigned region. The ideal candidate will oversee a network of branches or partner locations, ensure target achievement, streamline sales operations, manage the local team, and represent the Finovest brand in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve targets across investment products, loans, insurance, and other financial services.
  
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of Branch Managers, Relationship Officers, and Sales Executives.
  
• Monitor and ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and financial guidelines.
  
• Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies tailored to the local market.
  
• Analyze regional market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met across all touchpoints.
  
• Coordinate with central teams including Marketing, Risk, Product, and Technology for regional alignment.
  
• Prepare and present periodic performance reports to leadership.
  
• Manage P&L responsibilities and control operational costs in the area.
