About the Role

Area Business Head

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of

  outreach executives

  to

  drive student demos & registrations

  .
• Plan & run school/college outreach drives, presentations, and events.
• Build & manage relationships with principals, HODs, and key decision-makers.
• Hire, train, and guide your team to meet KPIs and performance goals.
• Onboard and manage

  channel partners for lead generation.

• Track team performance, market trends & competitor activities.
• Monitor outreach budgets, travel logistics, inventory & student application flow.
• Maintain detailed CRM records of leads, follow-ups, and closures.

You’re a Great Fit if You:

• Have

  2+ years of team leadership experience (preferably in EdTech)

  .
• Are strong at communication, stakeholder management &

  field operations

  .
• Can inspire and lead a field team to meet business targets.
• Are self-driven, data-oriented, and great at problem-solving.
