Position: Architect

Experience: 3+ years in architectural design, with expertise in multi-story buildings

Location: Plot Number 3, Tonk Rd, Sanganer, Pratap Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302033

Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking a skilled Architect with expertise in multi-story building design and strong proficiency in 2D/3D mapping for real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed architectural plans, coordinating with engineering and construction teams, and presenting designs to stakeholders.

1. Design & Planning:

• Develop architectural concepts, floor plans, elevations, and 3D models for multi-story residential/commercial buildings.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
• Optimize space utilization and functionality while maintaining aesthetic appeal.

1. 2D & 3D Mapping:

• Create detailed 2D layouts (AutoCAD) and high-quality 3D visualizations (SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, etc.).
• Prepare site plans, master plans, and urban development maps for real estate projects.
• Use GIS tools (if required) for land analysis and project feasibility.

1. Team Coordination & Client Presentations:

• Explain design concepts clearly to construction teams, engineers, and real estate stakeholders.
• Collaborate with interior designers, structural engineers, and project managers for seamless execution.
• Present 3D walkthroughs and virtual models to clients for approvals.

1. Real Estate Development Support:

• Assist in feasibility studies, cost estimation, and material selection.
• Work closely with real estate marketing teams to create promotional materials (renderings, brochures).

• Software Skills: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop, GIS (preferred).
• Experience:
• Minimum 3 years in multi-story building design (residential/commercial).
• Strong portfolio showcasing 2D plans, 3D models, and real estate projects.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication & presentation skills (to explain designs to non-technical teams).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced real estate development environment.
