You will play a pivotal role in shaping the technology landscape of the organization, ensuring that all components work harmoniously to achieve business objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Conduct regular assessments of technology solutions to ensure alignment with business goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Data Engineering. - Strong understanding of data modeling and ETL processes. - Experience with cloud-based data solutions and architecture. - Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse. Education Qualification - - An MBA Technology or MCA with advanced degrees in STEM is required.
