A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also engage in troubleshooting and refining existing applications to enhance functionality and user experience, while staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement in application development processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with performance tuning and optimization of SAP applications. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools within the SAP ecosystem. - Ability to write efficient and maintainable code, adhering to best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
