Role - Android Developer

Experience - 2-4 yrs

About the Role:

Junior Android Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and development of Android applications using
Kotlin
and/or
Java
Implement UI components based on provided designs using
Jetpack Compose
(if applicable) or XML
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices
Debug and resolve performance and usability issues
Work with RESTful APIs to integrate backend services
Assist in unit testing and documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, backend, QA)

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
2-3 years of hands-on experience in Android development
Knowledge of
Kotlin
and/or
Java
Familiarity with
Android SDK

Android Studio
, and
Jetpack components
Basic understanding of MVVM architecture and Android app lifecycle
Knowledge of working with
APIs

SQLite
, and local data storage
Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
