Your Key Responsibilities
- Raw Material Specification Management: Develop and maintain TTH/P&B raw material specifications aligned with global standards, considering client impact and risk assessments through Raw Material Introduction (RMI) and Specification Change Requests.
- Change of Standard (CoS) Participation: Actively contribute to the global CoS process to ensure alignment and consistency in raw material standards across regions.
- Technical Quality Support: Provide expert technical assistance to local and regional quality teams, acting as the escalation point and supplying data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- Process Improvement & Risk Reduction: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and enhance raw material process flows and standards with a focus on reducing time and mitigating risks.
- Quality Documentation & Compliance: Draft and review global quality procedures and work instructions related to raw material management to ensure regulatory and internal compliance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration & Analytical Development: Partner with analytical teams for method development and data analysis, while collaborating across functions such as Creation, Application, and Quality Assurance to drive innovation and technical excellence.

You Bring
- Technical Expertise: Minimum 5 years of experience in chemistry, with strong proficiency in analytical techniques, including physical, chemical, and chromatographic analyses, along with robust data interpretation skills.
- F&F Raw Material Knowledge: Hands-on technical experience specifically with flavors and fragrances (F&F) raw materials.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry required; a Master’s degree is preferred for advanced technical and analytical competencies.
- Analytical & Critical Thinking: Strong analytical mindset, critical thinking abilities, and a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and data evaluation.
- Collaboration & Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain cross-disciplinary relationships across various management levels and with global teams.
- Business Acumen & Communication: Solid understanding of business priorities and effective communication skills to convey technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
