Algo Traders

1. Have their own backtested/live-tested strategies

   ready to scale with capital support.

2. Want to co-develop innovative strategies

   with our internal team and access our infrastructure + trading capital.

This is an ideal opportunity for those who are:

• Independent quant traders or coders with profitable strategies.
• Aspiring professionals interested in strategy R&D and live market deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize algorithmic trading strategies across multiple asset classes.
• Backtest strategies using historical and real-time market data.
• Deploy and monitor strategies on live markets using company capital.
• Collaborate with our team for robust strategy execution.
• Continuously refine models for alpha generation and drawdown control.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and risk frameworks.

Minimum Requirements

• Strong market knowledge—equity, derivatives and currency.
• Proficient in Python or any quant-friendly language (R, C++, Pine Script, etc.).
• Prior experience in developing or deploying trading algorithms.
• Understanding of data structures, APIs, and performance metrics.
• Discipline in risk management and drawdown control.

Preferred:

• Strategies with existing P&L or sharpe/risk metrics.
• Experience with algo platforms (Zerodha Kite, Interactive Brokers, etc.).
• Use of machine learning, statistical arbitrage, or HFT models.
• GitHub portfolio or track record in live algo environments.
