We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer with 8–10 years of experience in software engineering, ideally in individual contributor or staff-level roles. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong execution mindset, blending expertise in frontend (React, TypeScript, Next.js), backend (Python, Flask), and systems (Kubernetes, scalable microservices, distributed architecture). Familiarity with modern AI/ML tooling such as PyTorch, LangChain, and LLM frameworks is essential. The role requires hands-on coding, architectural leadership, and a bias toward rapid, impactful problem-solving in a startup-style environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable frontend and backend components
• Build and maintain distributed microservices in a cloud-native environment
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate models and tooling into applications
• Write high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Contribute to architecture discussions and create design documentation
• Ensure performance, security, and reliability of systems
• Continuously explore and implement cutting-edge AI tools and frameworks

Skills & Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in software engineering in IC or Staff-level roles (not people management roles)
• Proven ability to execute with a startup-style mindset and bias toward solving real problems
• Hands-on experience with frontend technologies like React, TypeScript, and Next.js
• Backend development using Python and Flask
• Strong systems and infrastructure experience including Kubernetes, scalable microservices, and distributed systems
• Comfortable creating and maintaining architectural and design documentation
• Experience working with modern AI/ML tooling such as PyTorch, LangChain, Transformers, and multi-agent frameworks
• Familiarity with LLM development and AI developer tools (e.g., Cursor) is an advantage
