Job Description

Hiltasu India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Sales & Marketing to lead our sales and marketing functions. The candidate will be responsible for developing business strategies, expanding customer base, managing key accounts, and strengthening the market presence of our product portfolio, which includes industrial fasteners, precision fittings, and electronics assemblies.



Key Responsibilities:


Sales Management

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in domestic and export markets.

• Identify new business opportunities and manage high-level customer engagements.

• Drive sales through OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, distributors, and B2B partners.

• Forecast sales trends and prepare periodic sales performance reports.


Marketing Management

• Design and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility (Hiltasu).

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis for product positioning and pricing strategies.

• Oversee participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and digital marketing initiatives.


Business Development

• Explore new sectors and regions for market expansion.

• Build and manage strategic partnerships and key account relationships.

• Liaise with product development and engineering teams for new product introductions.


Team Leadership

• Supervise and mentor the sales & marketing team, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Set performance targets, conduct reviews, and provide training as needed.



Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing within the industrial/manufacturing sector.

• Experience in fasteners, home appliance fittings, electronics (PCBA), or related products is highly desirable.

• Proven ability to manage large teams and handle B2B business development.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
