Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Implementation Specialist to lead the deployment and customization of SAP systems to streamline and optimize our operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, business process understanding, and a proactive approach to digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP modules (MM, SD, FICO, etc.)

• Understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions

• Customize, configure, and test SAP modules as per company processes

• Coordinate data migration and oversee UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

• Provide training to users and ensure post-implementation support

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors/consultants

• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with project timelines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP implementation and support

• Strong functional expertise in SAP MM/SD/FICO modules

• Knowledge of manufacturing/supply chain workflows is a plus

• SAP Certification is preferred

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage cross-functional projects with minimal supervision
