Job Description

Role Summary:

AGM Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Own sales across B2B verticals: large electrical and electronics brands, utilities, real estate, OEMs, and international partnerships.
  • Define and execute GTM plans for product portfolio (gateways,sensors, controls, energy & water meters and other home, commercial automation devices).
  • Identify high-growth business and product opportunities and report to the R&D teams.
  • Identify high-growth accounts, initiate CXO-level discussions, and lead conversion cycles.

Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Expand footprint in key domestic and targeted global markets.
  • Represent at expos, summits, and trade missions.

Brand Positioning & Marketing Alignment

  • Work closely with the internal teams and external marketing agencies to create content strategies, growth campaigns, product videos, and performance marketing.
  • Leverage thought leadership, LinkedIn engagement, webinars, and industry publications to build the brand.
  • Provide critical input for product-market fit and voice of customer to R&D and Product teams.

Digital & Data-Driven Enablement

  • Strengthen and enhance utilization of Zoho CRM, ensuring accurate data entry, disciplined usage, and consistent tracking of pipeline, leads, and opportunities.
  • Establish dashboards for lead conversions, customer engagement, and sales productivity.
  • Explore AI tools and automation for performance and efficiency gains.

Marketing

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales & pre-sales team
  • Promote a culture of ownership, continuous learning, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Support in building internal sales academies or workshops for new joinees

Desired Candidate Profile

  • MBA from a premier B-school

    with a focus in Sales, Marketing, Strategy, or General Management
  • 510 years of experience in

    B2B tech sales, IoT, electronics, or enterprise SaaS/hardware

  • Exposure to both domestic and global B2B markets
  • Strong strategic thinking with tactical execution ability
  • Excellent storytelling, pitch presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
